Sherwood Fall 2023 School Pictures

Viewing and ordering your child’s images is easy! Once you view your child’s images and decide which ones you want, you can also fill out an online order form here.

The deadline to order is November 27, 2023 at 5 pm.

The Collections on the order form are as follows:

  • Collection ONE: $30, Two Single Prints, any size 8x10 or smaller (can be different images)

  • Collection TWO: $60, Five Single Prints, any size 8x10 or smaller (can be different images)

  • Collection THREE: $75, Seven Single Prints, any size 8x10 or smaller (can be different images)

  • Collection FOUR: $125, Five digital files w/ reproduction release, plus 5x7 prints of those images. Extra images are $20 each.

  • Collection FIVE: $180, all digital files of single child

  • Collection SIX: $230, all digital files of sibling group and individuals (up to 3 children)

  • Collection SEVEN: $250, all digital files of sibling group and individuals (more than 3 children)

To access your child’s photos, just click on the appropriate link underneath the day I took the photos. You will be redirected to a gallery where you can note which images you would like to purchase. All ordering is done online by filling out this form.

 
 
 

Important!

The image number is located in gray underneath the image once you click on it. So for this example, the image number is 14621.

You will need image numbers when placing your order.

If you order one of the Collections that include ALL digital files of your child(ren), please make sure you list at least one image number that corresponds with your child(ren) so I know who they are.

 
 

FAQs

Q: If I order the digitals, how long will it take to get them?

A: I will email out digitals every few days as orders come in.

Q: Do you do extra editing? How much does extra Photoshop work cost?

A: All of the images have been edited for sharpness, color enhancement and cropping. The cost for extra editing will vary depending on what needs to be done. I can edit out blemishes, stray hairs, undereye circles, whiten teeth etc. Some edits are much more labor intensive than others (ex: editing out stray hairs is more labor intensive than whitening teeth). There is a place on your order form for a quote. The range is likely $15-$25 (this would be for ALL your pictures that you order and not per image). Payment would need to be made via PayPal or Venmo.


Q: Will the watermark be on the prints I receive?

A: No, the prints you receive will be beautiful full resolution images with no watermarks. The images uploaded to the preview galleries are all lower resolution with a watermark.



Q: Do I have to order the same pose for each of the photographs I order? Do I have to order the same size?

A: Nope! You can order different poses! You can also order different sizes! So, for example, if you want an 8x10 of one image, and a 5x7 of another, and a 4x6 of another, that’s OK! We offer a lot more flexibility than you are likely used to with preschool photos.


Q: What is the deadline?

A: All orders must be done by November 15 , 2023 at 5 pm in order to receive prints before school lets out.



Q: If I order the digitals, how do I get them?

A: Digital downloads will be delivered via a file sharing app called Pixieset. This has worked very well in the past for my clients that order digitals. If you would like your images on a flash drive, it is an extra $15.



Q: I would love for some pictures of my other kids and/or family. Is this something you do?
